Pension arrangements
Among our social benefits, we attach special importance to pension arrangements. Our employees can take advantage of various pension models like “KOMBI-PAKT“or Deferred Compensation:
KOMBI-PAKT is an offer we make to all employees of ThyssenKrupp Steel Europe AG. Being a defined-contribution and compensation-oriented arrangement, it covers a number of risks that may occur at a younger age – e. g. invalidity or disability through illness or accident – while making provisions for old age. KOMBI-PAKT offers the opportunity to make one’s own contribution to pension arrangements and benefit from tax advantages.
Deferred Compensation is a purely employee-financed form of provision for retirement and risk. In return for a cut in gross pay, employees are granted personal retirement, death and disability benefits. The company accrues pension liabilities for these benefits. Deferred compensation is designed in particular for the Group´s senior executives.
