Remuneration Systems

There are a number of compelling reasons for planning a career with ThyssenKrupp – such as fascinating work, an enjoyable working atmosphere, and job security. But of course our companies in all countries also offer attractive remuneration packages. For example, in Germany employees not only draw a fixed salary captured in a labor agreement or an individually-agreed contract, they also receive paid vacation and a Christmas bonus. On top of this, to provide employees with further rewards, we have special annual payments, a reminder to everyone in the company of the commercial success of the Group. This is our way of saying thank you to everyone at the company for the commitment, achievements, and willingness to break new ground.

In certain areas of the company, an increasing number of employees are enjoying the rising popularity of further benefits, such as deferred remuneration by financing a company car or the chance to buy specially-priced shares.
